Upon acceptance, participants may purchase a booth space. These will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each exhibitor will be provided a space measuring 10' deep by 10' wide. Artists and vendors are to provide their own display booth, tent, racks, and/or tables & lighting in order to display their work in an outdoor environment.

**Display booths exceeding the artist’s prescribed 10’x 10’space dimensions will be charged for an additional space. 

There is no Electrical power available. Artists are responsible for their own display and lighting equipment which must conform to space and power allotments mentioned previously
Each participant will occupy one 10' x 10' on the black top with approximately 3 feet in between each tent. Food Trucks will be allotted 10’ x 35’ space on the black top. 

Guidelines will be emailed to all participants before the show with specific setup and teardown instructions. 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you bring sufficient weights and sandbags to secure your tent against the Midwest's unpredictable weather and crowds.  Please make sure to safeguard your tent and your work or merchandise.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Requests

*In the event of severe weather the event will be postponed 1-2 weeks but event will not be cancelled 

* -- NO REFUNDS  are offered if an attendee is unable to participate. Participant may transfer their booth rental to another party(subject to registration approval).

RULES/REGULATIONS

1. Urban Arts Expo does not require a commission on sales.
2. Participants are required to be present with their booth during all expo hours.
3. Urban Arts Expo is a rain or shine event.
4. All participants are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism. The Expo reserves the right to remove the vendor if regulations stated in this prospectus and otherwise made contractually are not adhered to; or whose conduct and merchandise is unacceptable.
5. Participants violating the rules of the Expo may be asked to leave and will become ineligible for readmission to future events.
6. Submitting this application is a commitment to ALL Expo rules.
7. BY PLAZA REGULATIONS PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PLAZA.
